TreeJuxtaposer -- Phylogeny vs. Taxonomy  

Comparing a phylogeny and a taxonomy where there are many differences in clade structure. Marking a large clade, Fungi, in blue on the right marks most of one clade on the left, as well as a small set of taxa. Marking a smaller clade, Charophyta, in red on the right marks two distinct regions on the left. These marks can be used to investigate individual differences in large trees without the entire set of all differences shown.   Back to Gallery
