TreeJuxtaposer -- Two Stretched Trees  

Comparing two trees with approximately 3000 taxa each, where some structural differences have been found. The differences have been stretched out vertically and horizontally too explore the differences in clade structure. This was the original view of the same dataset.   Back to Gallery
