Comparing a phylogeny and a taxonomy where there are many differences in clade structure. Marking a large clade, Fungi, in blue on the right marks most of one clade on the left, as well as a small set of taxa. Marking a smaller clade, Charophyta, in red on the right marks two distinct regions on the left.
